DESIGN STAGE - Sunken Roundabout, Stevenage Completion 2007 Commissioned by Green Heart Partnership Project managed by Landscape & Arts Network Services The design aims to create a more public, unified and usable space for a sunken roundabout for Stevenage. It will incorporate new models of hard landscaping and environmentally sustainable materials and technologies, and reflects the innovation of the businesses in the area and Stevenage heritage as a 'New Town' The concept is bold, simple and sculptural landform of grass and paving.
